Our goal was to assist Selfridges in adopting a more product-focused approach using agile methods.
What We Did:
Working hand in hand with senior stakeholders at Selfridges we helped in shifting to a more product-focused approach by changing the team structure to tribes and squads. We taught squads how to conduct discoveries, tested these methods within some squads, and then used these approaches to aid a digital transformation.
Results:
At Selfridges, we introduced new ways of working, and it went really well. Productivity increased by an impressive 60%, showing a big improvement in how they do things. The shift from a traditional setup to a product-focused approach shows that great collaboration, smart planning and hands-on approach works.
