Our goal was simple – give the entire Kingfisher head office team, from Business Analysts and Product Managers to UX & Design experts and Technologists, the tools and mindset to become experts at running impactful discovery processes
What We Did:
we actively guided several energetic squads through many sprints. Workshops on-site became centers of innovation, where we collaborated, documented processes, and enhanced our methods. After completing discoveries, teams presented the results to the larger digital team of over 200 people. Our goal wasn’t just sharing information but fostering a culture of continuous discovery
Results:
After engaging with over 200 stakeholders in 80 sessions and collecting feedback from 30 real customers, we observed a substantial improvement in awareness and competence, increasing from 4/10 to 8/10. Kingfisher has since made efforts to expand discovery and design thinking across their organisation.
